On July 9th - 12th The 48th European Summer Camp was held in Papendal, Holland. There were about 120 participants from Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Poland, Switzerland.

Special guests were shihan Andre Drewniak from Poland and shihan Bertrand Kron from France. According to plan every day took place 4-5 trainings (including the night training) under supervision of shihan Loek Hollander.

Organizer of the camp was Dutch Kyokushin Organization: shihan Alois te Brake, shihan van Kessel, sensei Rien Brink.

Shihan Leslaw Samitowski had just returned from his another trip to China where, like before, he had this unique opportunity to train with monks in Shaolin Temple and explore knowledge and secrets of Martial Arts as well as healing art of Chinese Medicine.

During his stay in Shaolin Temple, Shihan also paid homage to the legendary creator of Martial Arts Bodhidharma (jap. Daruma) who brought Buddhism to China. Shihan Leslaw visited and meditated in Dharma cave on Song Mountain (Henan Province), the very one that the mythological Monk, according to the legend, was meditating for nine years.

The Norwegian branch of KWF arranged the summer camp of July 1-5. The camp was a great success with about 210 participants. 

The camp was arranged at Moi on the Norwegian South/ West part.

The guest instructors were Shihan Antonio Pinero and Sensei Pablo Estensoro. Both from Spain. Shihan Lars Hogquist was responsible for the camp.

22 people made a new dan grade. The camp had a great atmosphere with a lot of hard training and also a big smile on every ones lips.

It has only been positive feedback and most participants want to come back next year.

16-17 May 2015 took place in Estonia the 29th European Kyokushin Championship with the participation over 260 competitors from 22 countries including Japan. The official opening of championship was made by the President Kohtla-Javre and President EKF Antonio Pinero.

Competition preceded the International referee seminar with participation of 28 national judges. Main judge was shihan Antonio Pinero. In the first day of the championship took place kata of junior and kumite, in second day kumite of seniors and masters.

In the evening The General Meeting EKF was held with participation of majority of Country Representatives. Israel became accepted to EKF. Turkay submitted the proposal of the organisation 30th EC in Istanbul in 2016. Poland proposal was concerning 31st EC in 2017.

The event was finished by Sayonara in Hotel. Organizer of championship was Estonian Kyokushin federation led by sensei Aleksei Korikov.
