Some people bought the DVD's Kata done by Shihan Kron as "help memoriy' at the end of the seminar (http://www.kyokushinkai-france.com/1dvd.htm), and asked for the next DVD's concerning Kihon and Kyokushin syllabus by belt.

TECHNICAL SEMINAR IN NORWAY 2011
2011-02-09

We have just arranged a technical KWF seminar in Norway.
Shihan Antonio Pinero comes to Oslo week 4/5 every year.

This time we went through KWFs new syllabus. It is mandatory for our club leaders to attend the camp.
In this way they are all updated of Kyokushins training methods and the art of Kyokushin technical standard.
The new Syllabus is a gift compared to the old IKO Syllabus. We are now back to Sosai Oyams training philosophy.
The training was really appreciated by the attendees.
The training was not hard but sometimes very difficult with many movements in one command.
During the weekend we also arranged our yearly General Meeting.

The Norwegian Kyokuskin Karate Organisation consists of 20 clubs. Some are big and many small ones. Norway is a long country with a small population. Therefore we have many small clubs here.

We all appreciate Shihan Antonios great knowledge of karate and the pleasant way he is teaching.
One thing I don't understand is that every year Shihan must train out in the snow. And he is from Spain!!
Shihan Antonio you are welcome back for our summer camp the 22nd of June.

Shihan Lars Hogquist
