On June 16, 2018 at the YMCA Sport Fighting Hall in Krakow, a Seminar was held for the national team preparing for the European Championship in Kaliningrad and the World Championship in Astana, in which 62 competitors, instructors and judges participated. Trainings were conducted by shihan Andre Drewniak, shihan Sergey Soldatow from Russia, Shihan Robert Wajgelt and sensei Bogdan Swiatkowski, who were assisted by shihan Robert Kopciowski and shihan Janusz Piorkowski.

In the hours of 15-17 took place the Meeting in the Fireplace Room with the participation of 32 Polish Branch Chiefs, devoted to organizational preparations for the European Championship in Kaliningrad and study Judging Rules. Shihan S. Soldatow acquainted the gathered with the state of preparations for the European Championship. The issue of electronic visas operating on the occasion of the Russian Football World Cup and the organization of a collective trip by a 70-person bus from City Sieradz was discussed.

The second training devoted to combos to fight and work on equipment was carried out. After the one hour kumite was led by shihan A. Drewniak in the presence of the present shihans. In parallel, sensei B. ?wiatkowski ran an hour of advanced kata training in the Mirror Room.

In summary, the program in the field of training, organization and refereeing was carried out in its entirety. Training of the national team will be continued at the 45th Eastern European Summer Camp at the University of Physical Education in Krakow. Welcome.

On May 28, 2018 in National Sports Hall in Yerevan, took place the Armenian Kyokushin Championship, organized by the Armenian Kyokushin Federation, which was chosen to be held on the day of the First Armenian Republic's anniversary of 1918, devoted to the symbolic day of our old and new victories.

The opening ceremony of this unprecedented event was inaugurated by the President of Federation Spartak Gasparyan 4th dan.
After the demonstrative showcase of beautiful performances, it was held the competitions, where participated near 1,000 members of the federation.
Based on the results, It will be formed the Armenian National Team, in order to present our country with honor and dignity to international tournaments.
Once again, we thank and congratulate all the participants, parents, followers of the federation and those who patiently help and support the organizers to take the competition and ensure uninterrupted work.

Today our dear Shihan Loek Hollander celebrated his 80^th years birthday.

This happened  with about 100 karatekas from the Netherlands Kyokushinkai Organization did a training opposite Shihan Loek Hollanders house.

In the group were also karatekas from other organizations honouring him.

Then one with sempai crossed in karategi through the river with the frame with the photo and handed to Shihan Loek Hollander.

We also bring greetings from KWF Russian Kyokushin Federation with Shihan Soldatov and from Kyokushin World Union with General Secretary Alexander Pichkunov and Sergey Suvorov.

From KWF part the following called our great friend and karateka Shihan Loek Hollander today on the phone: President KWF Antonio Pinero, General Secretary Andre Drewniak, Vice President Hristo Traikov and Treasurer Lars Hogquist.

We all want Shihan Loek Hollander to stay healthy for many more years and we all are looking forward being together with him during the next months.

11-12 May 2018 in Chelabinsk in Metropolitan Sport Hall the KWF Russian Kyokushin Championship were organized with participation of near 300 fighters from 38 regions.

The event was prepared very good and followed live broadcast on the Internet.

The organizer of judging couse, championship and seminar with exam was Russian Kyokushin Federation led by shihan Sergey Soldatov.

April 21, 2018 took place in Limanowa 45th Polish Kyokushin Championship with 112 competitors representing 54 Kyokushin centers.
The main judge was Shihan Andre Drewniak and the technical judge Shihan Edward Urba?czyk. The championship have received a unique setting. The competition took place on 3 mats. The main mat on which the final battles were held was located on a special platform surrounded by a ramp on which a computer-controlled lighting and sound system was placed. The ceremony of the official opening of the championship was especially spectacular, during which the contestants entered the competition hall through the Tori gate to the sounds of Japanese music, preceded by the sounds of the Taiko drum and using specially programmed lighting to add the opening ceremony of the unusual mood. In contrast, all the final battles were preceded by Taiko battle drums.
The championships were entirely broadcast from 3 cameras live via internet links. In addition, a report on interviews was made, thanks to which the broadcast on the evening program of TVP Sport and Radio Kraków took place on Saturday. Journalists received full MP results.

The Organizer of championship was Limanowski Klub Kyokushin lead by sensei Arkariusz Sukiennik.
